ZIPPONI Warranty 10 years

Zipponi products, severely tested before being sold on the market, are guaranteed to be free from defects of workmanship for a period of ten (10) years (for the chrome finish) and for a period of two (2) years all other finishes from the date of purchase by the original
purchaser.

The warranty includes:
1) Casting defects. Porosity defects. Chrome plating defects.
2) The repair and replacement of the defective part after the tests of our technical department and upon presentation of the purchase
proof.
This warranty is no longer valid in the following cases:
1) Damage to the chrome finish caused by the use of cleaning products containing acids or abrasive substances.
2) Damage to the faucet caused by improper installation.
3) Incorrect use of the faucet
4) Damage to the faucet caused by improper repairs and maintenance and without previous authorization of the Factory.
This warranty does not include:
1) Labour charges for the removal and replacement of defective parts and claims for direct or indirect, suffered or arisen damages.
The warranty of Zipponi can not be renewed.

N.B.: It is strongly recommended to clean the chrome, gold brass and colored surfaces with soap and water, using a soft cloth.
